Replacement for Damaged Items: If the item is damaged during transit, record unboxing video and notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the damaged parcel with the exact same product and size.

Is it shippable or does an artist need to visit?
It is a fully shippable product. Guests can easily paint it themselves—no artist visit required.

Do you provide Haldi as well?
Yes, Haldi is included along with printed Instructions for guests.

How long does it last?
It’s the most durable and long-lasting product in the market, designed to last atleast 3–5 years when kept away from sunlight.

Is COD available?
Yes. You can pay ₹1,000 as a confirmation amount, and the remaining balance at the time of delivery.

How do I book?
You can book through our website or pay via UPI at aashijainart@okhdfcbank.
Please email the payment screenshot along with the couple’s photo & names/hashtag to aashijainstudios@gmail.com . We'll confirm and send invoice. 

What is the shipping time?
Standard shipping takes 7–10 days. Express shipping is also available. 

Is the stand included
No, you can place it on a decorated table against a wall. Easel stand available at amazon for 500 Rs.

What if my weddings is 3 months away ?
You can lock the price and slot by paying advance of 1000 now as we are completely booked during season and prices increase. We'll create and ship on your designated date
